Trail Ridge, as we know it, was acquired in December of 1998. After its acquisition, several new buildings were built prior to its first summer of ministry in 2001. The 385-acre facility contains 13 cabins, a swimming pool, covered basketball court, auditorium, chapel, dining hall, game room, snack shop, athletic field, spring-fed pond, hiking trails and much more. Many campers have come through this camping program, with several making professions of faith in Christ.
Thomas Center
The Thomas Center is where you'll come to check-in for camp events. It's main floor accommodates our camp offices, the infirmary, and some lodging. Upstairs is the newly renovated Evergreen Lodge, with lodging suited for couples and singles. The Craft Corner can be found in the lower level.
Dining Hall
Our Dining Hall contains a kitchen and large dining area. This building is used throughout the year for feeding our hungry campers, but also doubles as a great space for hosting events like Trivia Night and Family Film Friday. We are currently undergoing some renovations in this building. The lower level contains our Game Room and Snack Shop.
CHapel & Auditorium
Both of these buildings are used for chapel sessions, team meetings, and indoor group activities. Additionally, the Auditorium contains mini golf, and several other "backyard" games.
Cabins
Trail Ridge has 13 cabins. These are mainly used for youth and family camps, and for our bigger retreats like Mother/ Daughter and Father/ Son. Four of these cabins have been recently remodeled.
Tree Houses
Trail Ridge has several Tree Houses that are used throughout the year. These modular homes can house to up to two couples and are used for Cherith Retreats, and for event and volunteer lodging.
Activities
There are many ways to have fun at camp! These activities include the Archery, BB Gun, and Tomahawk throwing ranges, and the Quad (located near the Go-Kart track) which has some of our most popular outdoor games like Octoball and Giant Carpetball. There is also a disc-golf course throughout the camp, as well as several hiking trails, and a small lake. During the summer, our campers love raiding the Sports Shack for any and all game equipment they might need.
Critter Holler
Critter Holler houses all of our camp farm animals. We have goats, an alpaca, pigs, and much more! Critter Holler is a part of our Farm Education Program during summer camp, and gives kids an opportunity to learn about the animals and try their hand at some farm chores!
THE LOdge: Coming summer 2026!
For several years, our staff has been praying for wisdom as we consider ministry growth. God has continued to work in the hearts of people and provide for our present needs. Over these last few months we've been working with an architect on building plans, and we're excited to announce the Chapel-Lodge Project! This multi-functional building will meet needs that our current buildings are no longer able to accommodate, while also laying the groundwork for future growth and adaptability.
