Trail Ridge Camp's 385-acre property is a beautiful, year-round facility for church or ministry groups to have their own retreat! Guest groups can customize their experience by creating their own schedule, selecting activities, and designing a program that suits their unique needs. Our friendly staff is here to support you, helping you achieve the goals of your retreat and providing assistance as needed during your stay. If you’re the one coordinating your group’s visit, please start by completing the short questionnaire below.
Facilities Overview
Below is a brief overview of our facilities. Additional details will be outlined in the license agreement once the initial arrangements are confirmed.
Lodging: If your event takes you overnight, you won’t have to worry about finding another place to stay. With our cabins, modular homes, RV Park with 32 full hookup sites, and Evergreen Lodge, we shouldn’t have a problem housing everyone.
Foodservice: The Dining Hall is typically the hub of activity at camp. If you'll be eating meals while your here, our staff is happy to provide food service. A large kitchen dining area take up the main floor while the Snack Shop, Camp Store and Game Room are housed in the lower level. The Snack Shop is a favorite spot for our guests to grab a quick treat, and it can be opened for your group during your stay.
Meeting Spaces: For group meetings, there is a small classroom in the lower level of the Thomas Center, a Chapel, and a Rec Center. Some audio visual equipment can be included in your retreat package as well.
Activities: When booking a guest group, the following activity areas may be included with your retreat package. Note, some activities are seasonal.
Game Room: Ping-Pong, Foosball, Carpetball, Lego Table, Pool, Board Games
Rec Center: Mini-Golf, Pocket Soccer, Scooter Hockey, Various "Backyard" Games
Sport Shack/Athletic Field: Various Sports Equipment for Soccer, Kickball, Softball, Softball, Baseball, Badminton, etc.
Quad: Giant Carpetball, Bouldering Wall, 4-Wall Volleyball, Octo-ball, Horseshoes, Cornhole, Gopherball, Ladder Ball, Nine-Square Various "Backyard" Games

The following activities require camp staff supervision and can be included as add-ons in your retreat package.

Lake: Seasonally available canoes, rowboats, and paddle boats. Fishing is catch-and-release.

Scheduling your retreat is an important step! Please note that we cannot accommodate guest groups during our scheduled camp events, so be sure to check our camp calendar when planning your visit. Include your preferred dates in the questionnaire, and we'll work with you to find the best available time for your group to enjoy Trail Ridge Camp.
