Late Registration Policy
For almost every event at Trail Ridge, there is a registration deadline. When registration closes, there is much work to do relating to lodging, food service, activity planning and staffing. After these deadlines, we are not obligated to accept any camper registrations.
At times we are able to extend registration for a few individuals if there are open spaces. If you missed a registration deadline, feel free to contact the camp office to see if an extension could be made available for you. Call (608) 489-3810 or send an email to: info@trailridge.org.
If an opportunity for late registration is made available to you, a late registration fee will be added to your registration. This fee will add an additional 10% to the regular registration fee or $10--whichever is greater.
