Junior High Camp (Grades 6-9)

Registration will open in January of 2025
Join us for a week of summer camp at Trail Ridge! Get ready for a week of group competition, crazy games, wonderful food, and engaging chapel sessions. Campers have the opportunity to participate in activities like boating, archery, crafts, BB guns, go-karts, and much more! The weeks of Junior High Camp are some of our busiest times at Trail Ridge. These weeks are designed for middle school aged campers in 6th-9th grade.
Please note that our age divisions for camp have changed! The divisions represent the grade that the camper will have most recently completed by June 2025.  With these new updates, a camper who was eligible for a certain week of camp last year may fall into a different category. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to the camp office.

2025 Theme Verse:

"For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building."
1 Corinthians 3:9

Cost

All youth camp registrations received by Monday, March 31 will include a free "Under Construction" theme t-shirt. When selecting the size of the t-shirt, please consider the future growth of your camper. The size you order will be the size you receive. No substitutions will be make at check-in.
The registration fee for Junior Camp is a tiered pricing system. We know that every family has different abilities and resources to pay for camp which is why Trail Ridge has a voluntary three-tiered pricing program. This gives you the ability to choose the tier that is most affordable for your family. No matter which price is selected, all campers receive the same camp experience. Our three tiers are listed at $175, $250, and $325 respectively.
Due many of our campers being within the 6th-9th grade category, Trail Ridge offers two separate weeks of Junior High Camp. When registering your camper, please pay special attention to the dates, and make sure you've clicked the correct link. If you have any questions about registration or the Junior High program, please contact the camp office, and we'd be happy to talk with you!

"UNpack"  one-year Bible

At Trail Ridge, we are committed to helping campers build and maintain a strong foundation of personal Bible study by providing them with materials they can use once they've gone back home. This summer, we are thrilled to introduce a one-year Bible reading plan that will assist campers in studying Scripture! The book includes a daily Bible reading schedule, reflection questions, and journaling prompts that encourage campers to dive deeper into God’s Word.
Since we started incorporating follow-up devotionals into our camp program, hundreds of campers have had the opportunity to stay engaged with Scripture and grow deeper in their faith. We look forward to seeing how this resource will impact our campers’ lives as they learn to prioritize time with God every day.
How it works: Every Junior and Teen camper attending Trail Ridge will receive their one-year Bible while at camp, and complete the first few days alongside the rest of their cabin mates and Cabin Leader. No registration or sign-up is necessary–we want this to be as simple as possible! To learn more about UNPACK click HERE.

Chips and Cereal

Help us make meals at the Dining Hall even more fun! In addition to our regular breakfast menu, we're planning to have a cereal bar with as many kinds of cereal as possible—Cheerios, Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran, you name it. Additionally, we'd like to do something similar with bags of chips at each lunch. We are requesting that each camper bring one of those items for our kitchen! (Girls—box of cereal. Boys—bag of chips.) Please note that boxes of cereal and bags of chips must be in their original sealed packaging, within the expiration date.
