
Arrival and Departure
Plan to arrive between 4:30 and 5:45 PM on Friday, May 1st. Check in at the Thomas Center (the yellow two-story building on the left when you enter camp) to receive your retreat schedule and lodging assignment. Supper will be the first thing on the schedule, starting at 6:00 PM. Chapel will be afterward at 7:15 PM.
Departure will be Sunday morning breakfast and a 9:00 AM chapel service (usually no later than 11:00 AM).

Daffodil Dinner
Spring is in the air, and we're celebrating with a special spring themed supper. Everyone is encouraged to wear something floral--whether it's a floral dress, a shirt with a flower on it, or even a flower in your hair! We'll have a great meal, open up the photo booth, and do a few table games. (Daffodil Dinner will take place during Saturday supper.)

You’ll be staying in a heated cabin with twin-sized bunks. The cabin will be shared by several individuals. Private showers and restrooms are located in another building near your cabin. Don't forget your bedding and pillows!

Shooting Ranges
Several of our shooting ranges will be open again this year. If you have your own equipment you’d like to bring, you’re welcome to do that. We do have equipment you’ll be welcome to use when the ranges are open. Commands and instruction will be given by the range officers.
Fishing
All fishing will be catch and release. Please bring all your own fishing equipment (including bait) as we do not have camp equipment available for use. You can fish from a boat or from shore. No fishing license needed.
*We require that all personal sporting equipment be kept locked and inaccessible to unauthorized users in your vehicle.

- With all shooting sports, firearm safety and courtesy must be observed by all participants. Commands and instructions will be given by the range officers.
- Keep in mind that Trail Ridge is a tobacco, vape, alcohol, drug, and profanity-free environment.
- Children (under age 18) must always be accompanied by the adult that brought them. Minors will not be allowed to participate in an activity without an adult with them.
- Remember you are sharing cabins--be courteous of others staying with you. Please abide by the lights-out time as listed on the schedule. Before breakfast on Sunday morning, please pack up and do a general tidying up of your cabin.
- Leave your vehicle parked as much as possible for the weekend, and please abide by the speed limit of 15 mph when driving on camp property.
- Some people like to bring bikes to get around camp a little quicker. All bike riders must be wearing a helmet when riding.
- Chapel attendance is mandatory.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We do our best to accommodate those with food allergies. If you let us know about an allergy on your registration form, we'll strive to provide a comparable meal options to fit your needs. All with special diets are encouraged to consider bringing some snacks along as our snack shop has limited allergy-friendly options.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your reservation, please contact the camp office as soon as possible. If a refund is requested for a cancellation after the registration deadline (typically within a week and a half of the event) all but 20% of the registration fee will be refunded. Except in unforeseeable circumstances like inclement weather or sudden sickness, we are unable to refund any day of cancellations or no shows.
