Full Retreat - Friday Arrival
For those staying the entire weekend, plan to arrive between 4:00-5:45 PM on Friday, August 14th. Check in at the Thomas Center (the yellow two-story building on the left when you enter camp) to receive your retreat schedule and lodging assignment. Supper will be served right away at 6:00 PM.

Saturday Only
Saturday only guests can arrive between 7:30-8:30 AM on Saturday, August 15th. You'll check in at the Dining Hall (the second building on the left). Come inside, check in with our staff, and join us for breakfast!
What to Bring:
Bible, Notebook, and Pen for Chapel
Cash for the Camp Store and if you plan on purchasing anything from the Amish
Clothing Appropriate for the season (Dress for this event is casual)
Any singles staying overnight will need to bring bedding for a twin-sized bunk and towels.

What's Happening
On Friday evening we'll start with supper, have a devotional time together, and finish up the evening with some fellowship time and a pie social.
On Saturday, we'll have those staying for just the day arriving in time to breakfast. We'll all eat and have a devotional time together. After that, we'll head over to explore some local Amish farm stands. Once we're back at camp we'll have lunch, go on a special Trail Ridge tour including the new building, and let everyone have some free time to relax, try out different camp activities, or fellowship in the Game Room and Snack Shop.
Saturday supper will be a 50's themed diner night! Get ready for burgers, fries, and ice cream. Afterwards we'll have an evening devotional.

Lodging
If you're staying the full weekend, we have several lodging options for you. Individuals will be staying in the dorm style rooms in Evergreen Lodge, and will need to bring along towels and bedding for a twin bunk. If we run out of space, we may have you stay in one of our refurbished cabins as well. Couples will be housed the private rooms in Evergreen Lodge, or our "tree house" (modular home), and depending on demand, may be sharing the tree house with another couple. Bedding and towels are provided in couples lodging.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We do our best to accommodate those with food allergies. If you let us know about an allergy on your registration form, we'll strive to provide a comparable meal options to fit your needs. All with special diets are encouraged to consider bringing some snacks along as our snack shop has limited allergy-friendly options.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your reservation, please contact the camp office as soon as possible. If a refund is requested for a cancellation after the registration deadline (typically within a week and a half of the event) all but 20% of the registration fee will be refunded. Except in unforeseeable circumstances like inclement weather or sudden sickness, we are unable to refund any day of cancellations or no shows.
