When packing, please choose clothing that reflects modesty. Here are the guidelines:
Shorts must be no shorter than mid-thigh.
Skintight clothing is not considered appropriate coverage unless worn as a base layer.
Undergarments should never be visible.
Sleeveless shirts are permissible, but tank tops are not allowed.
Clothing with inappropriate messages (suggestive language or content promoting non-biblical values) is not permitted.
Skirts and dresses must be knee-length or longer, and shorts must be worn underneath for camp activities.
Event Specific Items: Winter gear like snow pants, hats, gloves, and boots.

Trail Ridge reserves the right to request any camper to change clothing if, in the staff's judgement, the outfit is immodest, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the camp's standards. Decisions regarding the appropriateness of clothing, footwear, and accessories will be made by Trail Ridge Administration. If a camper’s dress does not meet these standards, they will be asked to change. We appreciate parents’ and campers’ compliance and support in enforcing these dress standards.

Health And Safety

If you or any member of your family attending Trail Ridge Camp is showing signs of illness such as an
upset stomach, vomiting, fever above 100, diarrhea, etc. within 24 hours of coming to camp, we ask that
for the safety of the other campers, that you do not attend.

Pets At Camp

Dogs and other pets are not allowed to be out on camp property even if they are on a leash. Accidents in various forms happen even with pets that have always been reliably well-behaved. As Trail Ridge is a pet-free facility, we respectfully ask that your pets (even the ones you consider to be family) stay home.

Vehicles

For the safety of camp participants, all vehicles must maintain the posted speed limit of 15 mph or less. All vehicles must stay on the roads, not on walking trails or to the lake without prior consent of the camp director. Groups must stay on the roads and refrain from driving through unplowed areas. Vehicles at camp are intended for the use of convenience, not recreation. When parked, keys must be removed from any vehicle for the safety of all guests. Vehicles may only be operated by adults age 18 or older with a valid driver’s license.
