Camp Activities

General
In all activities at camp, we require that respect and courtesy be practiced by all participants and spectators. Keep in mind that Trail Ridge is a tobacco, vape, alcohol, drug, and profanity-free environment. We want this to be a positive, enjoyable experience for all in attendance, so please come with that mindset.
Fishing
Please bring all your own fishing equipment including bait as we do not have anything here for sale. If you are planning on keeping any fish, you’ll need to bring whatever you need to clean your fish; and bring a cooler to keep them in. Fishing limits and rules will be enforced by our waterfront supervisor. (Any bass removed from the pond need to be at least 14 inches long. Any bluegills need to be at least 8 inches long.)
Rifle and Handgun Range
Failure to practice the safety regulations of the gun range will result in your immediate removal from that activity. No rapid fire is allowed at the range. All safety instructions must be followed by the range officers. We want every participant to have an enjoyable, safe time at every activity. Please bring your own firearms, ammunition, eye, and ear protection for the gun range. All calibers of rifles and pistols (within reason) are welcome! Exploding targets will be allowed this year. If you want to shoot an exploding binary target, please bring it with you to camp in its original sealed container. Targets will be placed at a safe distance by our gun range safety officers. Exploding targets will only be shot by the one who brought them.
Trap Shooting
If you’re wanting to participate at the trap range, bring your own shotgun, shells, eye protection, and ear protection. All clays will be provided for this activity. You are welcome to use or donate your own clays if you would like. Again, firearm safety and courtesy will be observed by all participants. Commands will be given by the range officers.
Bikes
Some people like to bring bikes to get around camp a little quicker. All bike riders must be wearing a helmet when riding—No Exceptions.
Chapel
Please Note: Attendance at all chapel sessions is required for all participants.  Failure to attend chapel sessions may result in the forfeiture of your spot at camp without a refund.
**We require that all personal sporting equipment be kept locked and inaccessible to unauthorized users in your vehicle. You are liable for the care and security of all your personal belongings. Failure to comply with camp standards, range rules, safety guidelines and the like may result in your removal from Trail Ridge Camp property with no refund.
